Love Quote

“Which way are you going? The left one where there is nothing right? Or
the right one, where there is nothing left?”

This is a “Love Quote” that I saw on a facebook page today. It struck me as a Love for Christ statement. Although the poster in facebook had it for a romantic reason perhaps.

It really speaks volume of your love for Christ as the Bible requires to. Are you going by Left way where there is nothing right? The bible tells us about specific way to love or certain relationship with God.

The first was as I recalled in my Sunday school story was Cain and Abel, in Genesis, sons of Adam, God first created man. God has specifically spelt out the RIGHT way for God’s sacrifice. But Cain did it the LEFT way with all good intentions, except it’s NOT the RIGHT way. Thus he was rejected. However God accepted Abel’s sacrifice of Lamb as Abel is a shepherd. Cain was upset and led to the FIRST murder case on earth. He killed Abel. Genesis 4:3

There are many other cases of things being done Left, and got nothing right. Another case was King David trying to retrieve the Ark of Covenant. Good intention but led to one of his helper strucked dead by God. Wrong way done.

So what about Loving God the Right way till there is nothing left? Jesus says, “Pick up the cross and follow me”. Jesus told his disciples to drop everything and follow him.
Everything for Christ. Nothing left.

Is this our love quote for Christ?
